Shuffle the deck and turn up the first three cards, placing them face-up on the table, putting any of your chosen suit cards (clubs) that may be among the three to the side.
If you don't have a Piquet deck, you can create one by removing the 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, and 6s of each of the four suits in a standard 52-card deck.
